This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. 1. Who this applies to This policy covers visitors to our website, students using the learning platform or our mobile apps, and anyone who contacts us or places an order in our store. 2. Information we collect - Account details: your email address, a securely stored (hashed) password, your full name and your phone number. - Enrolment records: the courses and batches you join, your enrolment status, and your attendance in live sessions. - Delivery details for store orders: recipient name, phone number, address, city and any delivery note you add. - Payment information: the method you choose, your bank transfer reference and the receipt image you upload, and the transaction identifier plus a limited, filtered result returned by our payment gateway. - Learning activity: lesson progress, quiz attempts and scores, and comments you post on a course. - Messages: what you send us through the contact form (name, email, phone, subject and message). - Device information: a notification token if you allow push notifications in our mobile apps. - Technical data: sign-in session cookies and the basic request records needed to keep the platform working and secure. 3. What we never receive Card and online-banking payments are completed on the payment gateway's own secure page. Your full card number, CVV and banking credentials are never entered on, sent to, or stored by Seerafy. 4. How we use your information - To create and manage your account and your enrolments. - To deliver courses, live sessions and quizzes, and to track your progress. - To verify payments, and to process and deliver store orders. - To send service messages: verification and password emails, enrolment and order updates, session reminders and announcements. - To answer your questions and provide support. - To keep the platform secure, prevent misuse, and meet our record-keeping obligations. 5. When we share information We share only what is needed, and only with our payment gateway to process and confirm your payment, the courier company to deliver a physical order, and the email, hosting and infrastructure providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for advertising. 6. Cookies We use cookies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in and remembering preferences such as your light or dark theme. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. 7. How long we keep information We keep your account and learning records while your account is active. Payment and order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and record-keeping requirements. After that, information is deleted or anonymised. 8. Your choices You can ask us to show, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by writing to us through our Contact page. Some records must be kept for accounting reasons even after an account is closed. You can turn push notifications off at any time in your device settings. 9. Security We take reasonable steps to protect your information and to limit who can access it. No online service can be completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us immediately if you think your account has been used without your permission. 10. Age Accounts are intended for users aged 10 and above. A parent or guardian must complete the enrolment and supervise the studies of anyone younger. 11.
