This policy explains how we deliver physical orders from our store, and how access to our online courses is provided.
1. Where we deliver
We deliver printed books and kits anywhere in Pakistan by courier. For deliveries outside Pakistan, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability and quote the shipping cost separately.
2. Delivery charges
A flat delivery fee of PKR 300 is added to each store order. The fee that applies to your order is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
3. Order processing
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after your payment is confirmed — that is, once your bank transfer receipt has been verified or your online payment has succeeded. Weekends and public holidays are not counted. Orders placed during a batch launch or a sale may take a little longer.
4. Delivery times
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days to major cities and up to 10 working days to other locations.
5. Following your order
Your order moves through Pending, Paid, Shipped and Delivered, and you can follow it at any time under My Orders. We also email you when the status changes, and share courier tracking details with you, where available, when your order is dispatched.
6. Incorrect address or failed delivery
Please check your delivery details carefully before paying. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete, nobody was available to receive it, or the courier could not reach you, we will contact you to arrange a re-delivery and a further delivery fee may apply.
7. Online courses and digital services
Nothing is shipped for our online courses. Access to the learning platform is opened as soon as your enrolment is approved, and the details for live sessions are shared with enrolled students before each session. How long your access lasts is stated on the course page.
8. Delays outside our control
Courier delays, weather, strikes and other events beyond our control can affect delivery times. We will keep you informed and follow up with the courier whenever a parcel is delayed.
