These terms govern your use of the Seerafy Institute website, our learning platform, our mobile apps and our online store. By creating an account, enrolling in a course or placing an order, you agree to them.
1. Your account
Please give accurate details when you register, keep your password confidential, and use one account per person. You are responsible for everything done through your account. Sharing your login, or giving anyone else access to a course you have enrolled in, is not permitted.
2. Enrolment and fees
Course fees are shown on each course page in the currency that applies to you — Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for students in Pakistan and US Dollars (USD) for international students. A seat is confirmed only once your payment has been verified and your enrolment approved. Batch start dates, session timings and the teaching schedule may change; we will tell you in advance wherever we can.
3. Payments
You can pay by bank transfer, uploading your receipt and reference for verification, or by card or wallet through our payment gateway. Card and banking details are entered on the gateway's own secure page and are never handled by Seerafy. Access is opened once your payment is confirmed.
4. Store orders
Product prices and availability may change until your order is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an order — for example, an item is out of stock — we will cancel it and refund what you paid.
5. Refunds, delivery and cancellation
Refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, and delivery and course access by our Shipping & Service Policy. If an enrolment is cancelled, access to that course ends.
6. Course materials
Recorded lessons, live sessions, notes, documents, quizzes and other course materials belong to Seerafy Institute or to their respective authors, and are licensed to you for your own personal, non-commercial study. You may not record, screen-capture, copy, share, resell, publish or re-upload them, in whole or in part.
7. Conduct
Please take part respectfully. Harassment, abusive or offensive language, spam, advertising, impersonation, disrupting a live session, and any attempt to break into, overload or gain unauthorised access to the platform are not allowed. We may moderate or remove comments and other content.
8. Availability
We work to keep the platform available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. Where necessary we may reschedule a session or arrange a substitute teacher.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, including for sharing a login or redistributing course material. Where the breach is serious, access may end without a refund.
10. Educational purpose
Our courses and materials are provided for education and general guidance. They are not a substitute for a personal ruling on your own situation, nor for professional legal, medical or financial advice.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Seerafy Institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, and continuing to use our services means you accept the update.
